Like many working mothers, Lynn holds multiple roles in the world: mother, partner, leader, coach, facilitator, educator, and advocate, to name a few. Across all these roles, one thread remains constant—her unwavering focus on connecting deeply with people. Whether coaching executives, facilitating transformative conversations with leadership teams, empowering mothers to reclaim their sense of agency, or guiding students toward becoming compassionate coaches, Lynn thrives on helping others find clarity, confidence, and connection in their personal and professional journeys.
As a Vice President at The Nebo Company, Lynn partners with organizations to unlock leadership potential at every level. With 20 years of experience across adult education, human resources, and leadership development, she has honed a talent for creating experiences that inspire authentic growth and meaningful change. Her approach blends strategic partnership with a deep understanding of human and organizational behavior, which helps her clients navigate complexity with new insights and renewed purpose. With a history of working in the legal industry, the majority of Lynn’s clients at Nebo are law firms.
Beyond her corporate work, Lynn is Co-Founder of Moms Rising, a virtual community designed to equip working mothers with community and support so that they can thrive. By creating “a village” and learning together, Moms Rising invites working moms to discover the power and agency within themselves — and rise beyond their struggles to lead the lives they choose.
Lynn also shares her expertise as a part-time instructor at the University of San Diego’s Leadership Coaching Certificate Program, where she teaches aspiring coaches the foundations of leadership coaching. With an emphasis on self-awareness and empathy, she guides her students to develop skills that can open up new possibilities, both in their clients and themselves.
